Director and Member of the Scientific Committee of the Short Master Sea and Security (University of Bari Aldo Moro-"Legione Allievi" Italian Financial Police). Academic Supervisor of the ELSA Legal Research Group on Maritime Security (Taranto-Genoa; 2017).
